depends really....i usually try to 1 rax lvl 5 rush and own their rush and force 2 cannons. In this time I can get lust before them and sappers....

Not many strats "should" beat another strat just because of the basic idea behind it. Any strat can beat another with proper execution and adjustment to your enemy. Everything has a counter, even the counters themselves :P
