How do you kill these buggers? I made a bunch of Vikings and they couldnt attack it even though Vikings attack air?

You were focus firing on the carriers I assume?

If you don't, the units attack the interceptors instead, so you'll basically get rocked and do no damage to carriers if you don't actually click on them to attack.
