Nedok,
You should do a mixed teams tournament. Where you switch allies every time. The PERSON that wins is the one who can get the most number of wins total.
The only problem with this, and other types of round-robin-ish tournaments, is that there are always a couple of newbie idiots that just stop playing, and ruin it for the rest of the players. Basically, a few people get an easy win over Newbie #1, the Newbie stops playing, and then everyone else bitches that it isn't fair since they can’t get the same easy win (or in this case, those that lost with that person as an ally, could bitch that the other people don’t have to play with the same risk).
You could get around this by doing some creative manipulation of the setup:
1. Seed everyone on a piece of paper privately
2. When creating a team, always match someone from the top group with someone from the bottom group, so every team (in theory) has a “good” player and a “bad” player. Since you’re doing this privately, you can tweak the seeding as the tournament goes on.
3. At various points, drop the players that are out of contention (those are the ones likely to drop out anyway), and continue the process with who is left.
4. After a certain number of rounds, like maybe 8, award the places in order of total wins.
In the event of a Tie, you could either leave it a tie (which isn’t a whole lot different then it is right now in a team tournament, technically the “team” wins), or you could come up with some tie break system, like rating the quality of the people they defeated (based on their win-loss ratio).

All he had to do was admit his aka, which he didn't.
Smurfs are not allowed to play, and if they manage to slip in they will be DQ. I've had to do that in several tournaments, I wouldn't consider that to be an upset.
I will look into the 4th Fastest Replays, thanks for the heads up.
Thanks to all who played, see you at the next EF 1v1 Tournament.

Gay tournament, I dont even deserve the points for 3rd place.
LedStriker was allowed into the tourney, he played 3 rounds, then after first leg of BO3 in the finals, they complain cuz they got their ass handed to them...come on...
What a cheap way to win, Nedok try to be there next time to moderate.

SMURFS ARENT ALLOWED. HE WAS PROBABLY SWIFTONE SMURFING SO HE DESERVES THE BAN.
BTW, Nedok, swiftone has admited to me that he smurfed into at least 5 of your tourneys. This fucking 11 years old kid is out of control.

I try hard to keep all the smurfs out, but I can't be 100% successful as I am the only one doing it. Also I had to go to work at the start of the tournament and had my brother (on my name) and eclipze running things. Regardless, it was the smurf's fault for not admiting an Aka, that was all he had to do, bad move on his part. He lost his points because he was a dumbass, it doesn't matter. Again, I try to keep all the smurfs out but when they are exposed they are banned no matter what part of the tourney they end up in. Swiftone using Donxarmyman's name made it to the semi finals in a Tourney, I don't feel like he was cheated when he was DQ. If LedStriker actually cared enough about the tourney (which he obviously didn't) he would have gave away his aka.
Dont try to throw the blame on me, I can't help it when the players are retarded assholes.

Yes, he should have been exploited beforehand, but no one notices until they start winning unfortunately.
Next tourney I will enforce the smurf policy much harder, as I should be there for the entire duration.
