As the first EF tournament of the season was this past wednesday, the first F tournament will be this coming Sunday (New Years Day) At 5:00 pm EST. After this coming tournament the EF/F Tournaments will probobly alternate weekly instead of Bi-weekly like the past tournament.

Note: Christmas Tournament does not count towards this season's league, the EF Tournament was the first to count towards rankings in the Leauge. The League's site should be up within the next day or two.

FASTEST TOURNAMENT (#1) HOSTED BY CLAN SOC

STANDARD SOC TOURNAMENT RULES
1. No smurfs
2. No smurf watchers
3. WarVid is to be used as well as insight. More information about WarVid will be given in by myself in channel upon request. SET WARVID TO 1 FRAME PER SECOND (1FPS)

4. SS's must be taken upon request and sent within 3 minutes of the end of a game if a player is unable to use WarVid.
5. Matches not played on given settings do not count.
6. No spamming Tournament Channel
7. No excessive Trash Talking/Arguing. Failure to comply after 1st warning may result in elimination from tournament.
8. Any player leaving at any point during the tournament may result in elimination should the player not agree on a reasonable return time.

The following pool of maps will be used:

-High Seas CombatBNE.pud
-Feirce Ocean CombatBNE.pud
-Stir Crazy.pud
-Forest TrailBNE.pud
-Mine in the CenterBNE.pud
-Friends.pud (Fixed order)

Each map will be used no more than once, or not used at all. Specific information available upon request.



The Speed in every match will be Fastest.

The Resources will vary from Low - Medium - High

Each Round's Setting will be Pre-Set at the start of the tournament.

No more than 16 players will be allowed in the Tournament. Spots will be given on a first come first serve basis, though I can hold a spot for you until the given date and time of the Tournament should you PM me or Email me at Dogfennel@msn.com. These reserved spots will be forfieted should the player not be present shortly before the Tournament begins. NOTE: Should more than 16 players want to compete, there will be options.

The Tournament will be Bracketed Elimination, with the losers of each round up to the Semi finals competing in a Consolation Tournament with a chance to take 3rd Place in the Championship tournament. As one would expect, the Loser of the Final Match takes 2nd Place and his Victor takes 1st Place.

As with all regular Tournaments in the new League, 1st place recieves 10 F points, 2nd place 7 F points, and 3rd place 5 F points.

I'm just wondering do the points determine your rank in the league?

Oh, yes, sorry I wasn't more specific on that. Your points (F and EF) will be accumlative from the tournaments as they come. Ranking in the league can only be obtained through tournament competition (it's not a ladder).

Just a question? Is the much dreaded LATENCY HACK allowed?

As long as both players who are playing agree on it, I see no problem. It merely allows the game to be played with less lag, as games like war3 and sc are played.
