Why is my pop-up blocker being worthless?

 Why is my pop-up blocker being worthless?

For some reason my pop-up blocker isn't blocking anything. It's the google one which is usually pretty reliable, but it won't block anything. It's on and all, and I redownload/reinstalled it recently ...

Any ideas?
