cant you just ban all the IPs he used on his past accounts?
ist counter productive to track IPs 24/7, i just noticed him because the IP was exactly the same

In fact, after banning his unique IPs, I had some spare time left and went ahead and banned his ranges for 1 month.
Let's try to:
1) See if he can get on and ban more ranges until he cannot do so.
2) He fails to log on ru and comes complaining on forums and after we get his SS, warn him that any other dodge is perm banned.
I know he should be gone but lets try to be practical. The game needs it imo.
Think I might of somehow gotten banned again accidently. I can't make it onto the ru login screen again. But can log onto Mousey just fine

Hm, looks like your ip's not banned.

PM your ip you using to me if you still have a problem, maybe your provider changed it to something banned?
