Yes, i know using of offensive language everywhere, I have no plans to ban for the only language. And i'd say that is some kind of charm there sometimes. I have to esteem server's traditions.

I never planned to prohibit freedom of speech! Just a freedom to insult other people has to be prohibited.
You always can tell everything you want to anyone, just don't insult him unless he is your friend enjoys to be insulted by you.

Okay I understand what you're trying to say IL, i'm cool with that =) ... Good to respect traditions and be inclusive of others. I guess I had bad experience in past of people like archy trying to abuse powers but you seem like you're pretty fair and can differentiate the difference between playful shit talk and insulting dignity. I'm cool with that

That's really a very big difference between friendly playful shit talk and insulting. Need to recognize that.
One can use the same words (maybe shit words) for different purposes.
Would be stupid to ban for words only, regardless of meaning.

Any statements or other actions that violate any applicable laws or regulations are prohibited.

My english is not perfect, so that's easier to take the working rule from another source than to write it myself.
This rule is being required to protect the server from some kind of discussions about terrorizm, extemizm, pedophilia, etc: the topics could not be welcomed by normal people and could make them unpleasant against the server.
Any of your comments about adding some more rules i forgot to add are being welcomed.

Agree, but most of these rules are obvious.
But I have to specify everything, otherwise some people (Claw?) say about hitlerism and banning people for no reason.
Not possible to reduce the rules number, because they become vague and useless then.
