Think about it! When you dont have a mill, your wood is worth 100 everytime 1 of your peon bring in a tree in. On the other hand, because the enemy made a mill, every tree is worth 150. Surprise that he caught up to even though he went lvl 4 and u didn't??? Are you surprise that he caught up to you because you repair??? I be willing to bet that he repair too. Only difference is he had more wood than you because he made a mill. If you dont believe me.. try it out. Only you can determine what stratz is best for you

I have noticed that I am able to go stronghold with 2 rax, no mill, then repair mill afterwards, repair ogre mound, repair altar, stay level 3, while my opponent is going level 4, yet he gets lust te same time I do? wtf, I mean I repair everything, and I go strong at like 16-18 peons

One possibility is that you aren't repairing your altar with enough peons. That plays a large role in getting lust quickly.
