Gauging Interest in 32-man point tourney | No Smurfs allowed
Skav did a great job of hosting 1v1 tourney this weekend. I played in my first tourney and it was pretty cool and the other guys seemed to like it as well. It got me thinking about setting up a tourney every week and using point totals to keep track of players.
So similar to how the FedEx cup is used in Golf, the 32 players would play in a weekly tourney for 3 months (maybe 1 month, we'll see) and we'll accumulate points for every round.
Once the season is over we'll add up the total points to find out who is the winner of the Super Tourney.
Let me know if this is something u guys are interested in fleshing out this idea. I'll go into more details if we have enough interest from the 'pros'.
