Compatibility settings?

can someone click their properties and tell me wtf settings are correct? My shit just keeps crashing on startup and it's making me angry '=[

my shit was stuttering before patch 13 and now its even worse, made a thread about it a few weeks ago. b.net needs to get their server's shit together, i know it's not my PC cuz TF2 runs great on high settings, while this game stutters against one AI on 1024x768 16bit color with everything on low :\

this patch seems like it's caused a lot of problems

I can no longer get into the game. Shit crashes after the initial loading page. Like the green bar loads then *crash*
