What a joke
Republicans are actually serious about having the government censor the airways called the Broadcast Indecency Act of 2004. How fucking pathetic. The only Republican (as far as I know) that voted against it is a Texan named Ron Paul. Here's what he wrote, which was a very good read:

I also read through a few of his other articles. He's a very intelligent libertarian that's just using the Republican tag to get in office, where he's doing a good job of not being Bush's bitch like so many others.

I don't consider myself a nutcase libertarian by any means. I don't believe that the US uses drugs to pay for secret wars around the world or that Bush is planning to run for a third term or any inane shit like that, but I do think that we are overregulated and overtaxed. I also am morally opposed to government regulating us socially and taxing more than a very small amount.

Well the Bush thing well see about in 2008 but we do use drug money to fund wars. DEA Houston raised nearly 2 billion from property seized from drug dealers in 2003 alone and that was jus tthe Houston division. Drugs are big business for dealers and LE so it will be a long ass time before they legalize it and give up that much money.
