 Internet Optimizer

Everytime I come to a page that can't be displayed I get this "Internet Optimizer" shit and the page has stupid colours. How do I get rid of it?

Spyware.

Try adaware/spybot search and destry.

Try finding this dll aswell. "NEM211.DLL"
