You cant really be "trained" but you can be tought. Placements, tips, ect. Just play with people better than yourself and try to get there out look on things. Maybe pard some people in 24-7 and notice how they controll their units and place their buildings=]

WPx is right. Once you are at a mid level of play, only practice playing with or against better player will help you improve much. I assume you have read the different strategy guides that are around. A lot of the better ones are gone now but there are still a few. You can find links to them at www.gamelinker.com

The strat guides/ideas are good for pondering but only practice makes any of it really yours. Also finding some of the game reports involving better players can give you some insights.

Next time on bnet try sponsoring something like POS or FOC set to low res and faster to see who shows up. The really intense guys won't bother so you might find a few of the old guard that play more for fun and will take the time to talk and play around.

To become truly l337, you have to play at least 5 hrs a day for a good month. After this, you can come down to about 3 1/2 hrs a day, for a half a year. Then moderate play (1 hr+) a day is enough as long as you keep it up for 4-5 years.
