Whats the best way to kill a dual rush or counter it when they have 2 gts asap.? and your in a position you cant farm off like 12

I doubt they will be rushing much if they have 2 guards and 2 halls pumping peons.

I've had some experience with dual rushing, and if im not scouted early I can usually defend their rush, ots,whatever; and match their lust with 2x the resources. However, I dont get an early mill. If someone is dual rushing with a mill, then they probably wont have a smith; if they do then they are sacrificing something; You just dont have the resources for rax 2 halls mill smith and a bunch of farms to counter shit like a good rush or ots that early. If they are 4/5, you can just cannon tower their mines and smoke them to lust; if they are 9/11, hrm.. try going guards yourself and ot their raxes, then catting them; or counter dual.
