Splinter Cell: Blacklist
For anyone who's a fan of this type of genre, this game was reallllly good. I would say it's probably my favourite single player FPS to date.
Just throwing this out there in case someone was on the fence about it.

haven't played it or any of the other splinter cells games but I saw a lot of people saying they were mad how the game was barely a splinter cell game and that they just made it an action game
btw it's not a fps is it?

I guess not. It's an over the shoulder game. 2rd person view.
It's as action packed as you want it to be to be honest. You have the option to play like a commando or a ghost. I chose ghost and found it very true to the original games. I've played 2-3 splinter cell games so it doesn't make me an expert, but I thought it was an overall great experience.

Yeah I quite enjoyed it. Probably only about a 1/3 of the way through, but it's pretty well done. I stopped playing when GTA came out but hope to come back to it.

Just finished this game. Got to say, it was pretty fun but didn't quite feel like a real Splinter Cell game.
