 SC2 Account sharing

Is it possible for 2 people to share the spare account i have? I don't assume blizzard will care about checking for that kind of stuff? OBV they can't use it at the same time.

Anyone else doing this?

I shared my account with a friend before recruit-a-friend keys were released, and two or three people on my vent share the same account and they haven't had any problems. I think you'll be fine.
