How about making ogres slower, like grunt or even dk speed? Not only would it help balance, but it's also quite realistic; a fat two-headed monster is as fast as a horse? Maybe bloodlust can make them fast again.

My other idea was having slow cast in a wide radius (like 3x3) so if the orc player groups his ogres together and they're just standing around the mage can cast slow on the middle one and they all get slowed, allowing the knights to come in and take them.

Just a couple ideas I have got while trying to improve my humans game.

or heal should be thrown out all together or exorcism

and a defense spell added to buff defense 3 times

therefore 3x lust attack vs 3x defense spell= fair 9buffed ogres vs 9buffed knights a sheild spell with a knight, ya that defly makes sense
