GowBNE 2-hall rushing for the lazy:

This is Axo's guide: http://www.warcraft.org/war2/qotd/q2.html

That is an excellent guide, but here's an easier guide to follow:

P1 - hall, farm, rax, goes to expand
P2 - farms till expansion hall finishes, then wood or gold
P3 - smith, gold
p4 until exp hall finishes - gold

Couple other IMPORTANT points:
1) The barracks should be pumping grunts non-stop with grunt>peon precedence.
2) All your peons at your main base, after the exp hall finsih, should go on wood (around p10ish I think). The peon that made the exp hall should start walling it in with farms and all peons after that should start mining gold.
3) Only upgrade your grunts to lvl 3. Hold out on lvl 5 until your Fort.
4) Make your mill when you have about 600-700 gold banked BEFORE you go Hold.

Thats about it...I don't know how good this strategy is in 1v1's but it's absolutly deadly in 2v2's.

It's all about what you are aiming for. I'm not saying this is good/bad, but it's not nescessarily 'better' than Axolotl's. This will just get you a different result..
