how does ^Nail^ do it?
It's not Nail's and it might not be good enough for you. It's not cookbooking, just some simple guidelines you can almost always go by. This is what I like to do:
peon starts rax, next builds farm
3 and 4 rep rax, 5 builds farm, all on gold, pump grunts
build smith, go lvl 3. when you're good on the gold, build a mill, start chopping lumber, pull peons if necessary. go keep. (is a second rax here okay?) immediately rep a mound and go fort, rep the altar and you have lust

If you want to know nails rush then why don't you ask him what it is? If you already asked him then i can't help you with what his rush is.
