1. Good illustration to etiquette recommendations.
I'd say I'm on your side: jordan4385 insulted you with no reason and that's prohibited by Rules, but:
looks like he knew you before and he could have a reason to boot.
So, you are an old known player, same as him, you have some kind of relations with him. Looks like friendly trash talk and covered by Rules.
But would be much more informative and useful for jordan4385 to tell everyone why exactly does he dislike you.
2. I think about to make SS categories on ss.war2.ru to make it clear:
- complaint against cheating
- SS request
- SS reply
- complaint against disrespect
- just a good picture
then we can make some kind of automatization:
- ban cheater using 1 button
- note player about SS request
- autoban people if refusing SS
- mark people as disrespecting for some reasons
Then need to make some kind of notification about disrespecting players.
3. The game with 4 players and 4 watchers is not fine. The server of the one game.
Why do they all join the same game? Maybe they'd make some more games, but they prefer to watch, ruining the server community.
Here's a freedom to play or to watch if they want.
What can we do with that?

even better yet, have some computer-savvy person to add an in-game "Watch this game!" button which will alt+tab them out and load up twitch for that game. sounds doable doesn't it??

This is a good idea. Only thing that could make it better is some chat activity with the watchers in the game everyone is watching.

I see nothing wrong with this game ban as it's on a known player, and one who has no issues hosting himself and is clearly not going to be scared off by someone booting him from a game. He's just being Yamon and being a total douche.
Yamon is well known for being a whining douche, jerk, ego maniacal freak who talks serious trash and has never been able to back it up. That is why people dislike him. I dont like him either. I have not yet stooped to booting him from games, but I would if he opened his mouth like he will after this reply as it's in his nature to be a total idiot.
I host plenty of times when games are full and I am removed from a game for someone else who was previously watching or because someone doesnt want me in their game. It's just the way things are. There is no reason why he cant do the same thing that I do which is take it like a man and steal players that dont have an issue with you. Not our problem if EVERYONE hates him.
I simply wait for the full game to finish, when it does, I advertise my own game. I usually pick up the needed 1-3 players to make a new game. Why Yamon has not figured this tactic out is beyond me, its only common sense. He also knew I was in that game and streaming it.
Maybe Yamon will wake up one day and figure out why Mage is picked over him to be in games. Dont be such a douche. Acting like you're the best player to hit the planet isnt really the best course of action for you. You had the same attitude 10 years ago on east, when you thought mining with 1 peon was saving on resource expenses.

Ultimately, yamon, is highly disliked by players. I usually don't care that he watches my games, until I realize that he DOES NOT GO PRIVATE as watcher. He talks nonstop. In one of those games that night, I asked him to go private and he replied with "you don't go private when you watch, so why should I". first of all, if you ask me to go private, I go private. I respect that shit. Secondly, I usually NEVER watch games, even less when newbies like yamon are playing. Lastly, his reply is of a child-minded newb, and I do not care to deal with those. I'd rather ban him.

Sure it can be done. It could be done in many different ways actually. It just depends on how fancy you want to get with it. Twitch already has an IRC server for ALL of it's chatrooms, and pvpgn chat is based on IRC and many bots for PVPGN are actually IRC bots as well. The two would integrate well if you focused on the IRC aspect. Capturing the in-game chat and sending it to an IRC server is rather trivial really. Having 2-way communications during a game is probably not a good idea and it would be more difficult.
The way I handle talking with viewers is that I use an IRC bot that simply translates text to voice. That way I can hear everything people say and I can respond by simply typing something in game or talking with a mic. Personally, I dont really see the need for a chat option since people can see everything that is said in the game when they are watching anyway. But if you wanted to connect a twitch channel to the PVPGN War2BNE channel (which I think is what you asked about?), then yes, that would be a rather cool feature and very easy to implement using IRC features of twitch and pvpgn.

War3 Dota maps are probably the better of the Moba's. Good luck finding anyone to play them though. Moba's are boring in general anyway imo. To much hit/run involved, not enough variety strategy.
