Freezing

The game freezes when someone attacks. All settings are on lowest, does this mean my pc cannot support sc2?

man there's like 5 million reasons why this could be happening , you need to post your system specs for us to know if your system can handle it
some general things to try : update video card drivers, make sure no other processes are running in the background, increase your virtual memory in windows, make sure u have most recent version of direct x, reinstall windows, format hard drive, run disk defrag, monitor system temperature/video card tmp, etc etc etc
