Each map will be used no more than once, or not used at all. Specific information available upon request.

The Resources will vary from Low - High and could also feature Random

No more than 16 players will be allowed in the Tournament. Spots will be given on a first come first serve basis, though I can hold a spot for you until the given date and time of the Tournament should you PM me or Email me at karolkurwa@o2.pl. These reserved spots will be forfieted should the player not be present shortly before the Tournament begins.

The Tournament will be Bracketed Elimination, with the losers of each round up to the Semi finals competing in a Consolation Tournament with a chance to take 3rd Place in the Championship tournament. As one would expect, the Loser of the Final Match takes 2nd Place and his Victor takes 1st Place.

The following pool of maps will be used:

Winner of the consolation bracket WILL have a chance to finish first.

The four players with one loss will play knock out rounds until one player is remaining.
The three players who advanced undefeated will play a round robin, with the top two going into a final round robin with the winner from the consolation bracket.

It was a long tournament because the first try at the final round came out a tie. However, after a rematch, the spots were settled. The tournament started at 5:45 and ended up running until just after 9. Thank you everyone for turning out. SD-Prophecy suffered a first round loss to lovetheBOMB but thanks to the consolation setting managed to fight all the way back to a #2 finish, while Valkrie was the tournament winner.

Final standings:

Thats weird to hear you say that cuz usually you won't even play pickup games with people that refuse ss's and (ladder games > pickup games)

I personally wouldn't want to play those people, but just because I wouldn't want to doesn't mean I have the right to exclude them from one of Nedok's tournaments. But also, the warvid requirement is pretty infallible. If I got matched up with someone I really thought hacked I would just ask them to make sure to record it on warvid and then how could I complain? And I could ask them to do that in a tourney, while in a pick up game a request like that would be completely unreasonable.

just so everyone knows, warvid doesnt exactly show a maphacker. THE only reason valk got caught while using warvid was because he got sloppy and built before exporing an area. If you just build normally and not before exploring an area, WARVID wont show that you hack. SS's are the only way to effectively catch a map hacker.

hehe, no im not. wasnt the thing valk got caught on warvid? there was no insight back then. The only reason he was caught was the build noise the peon made, not because warvid showed the whole minimap.

warvid shows the game exactly through the person who recorded's perspective. meaning it scrolls where he scrolled etc. Insight is like ur playing through the player, letting you scroll whereever you want, but you still cant cant control units. Despite how people think warvid shows EVERYTHING the person who recorded sees, it doesnt show the actual maphack, which was why valk was able to stay under the radar so long. He was giving everyone warvids, so they thought he was clean.

So ss's are still the only real proof (cept for sabiq's camera thing which would show ANYTHING on the screen )

Valk was caught on Insight and I think you're confused as fuck.

Jon is right, valk got caught hacking on insight. When u select the peon u can hear him say something when the player issue a command that makes a building. Thats how he got caught : his peon said zugzug before having explored the spot he built his second hall, at 5, meaning he built it trough unexplored territory.

That could just be a bug with insight.

who has this replay? As far as I knew it was warvid. I know for a fact it wasnt the insight we use these days because only valks screen was visible where insight shows all players views? Does anyone have proof that warvid shows the exposed minimap of a hacker?
